1. 欢迎使用 LinkTalk

LinkTalk（域名 linktalk.net，下称「本服务」）是一个跨平台链接分享与讨论社区。 通过注册账号并使用本服务，你确认已阅读、理解并同意本《用户协议》的全部条款。

2. 账号与化名

  • 注册时你需提供一个独特的化名（handle）作为公开身份标识。
  • 化名 3-20 字符，仅允许英文/数字/下划线。
  • 你需妥善保管密码。因密码泄露导致的损失由你自行承担。
  • 化名一经使用不可回收，请谨慎选择。

3. 你的内容

你在 LinkTalk 发布的文字、图片、链接等内容（「用户内容」）仍归你所有。 你授予 LinkTalk 非独占、全球、免费的许可，用于：

  • 在本服务内展示、存储、转码、复制你的内容
  • 生成分享卡片（OG 图）用于站外传播
  • 为生成推荐、聚合、搜索等服务功能所必需的处理

你确认：发布内容不违反适用法律法规，不侵犯第三方合法权益（包括但不限于著作权、商标权、肖像权、隐私权）。

4. 禁止行为

你不得利用本服务从事以下行为：

  • 发布违反中国法律、行政法规的内容（含恶意程序、淫秽色情、暴力血腥、谣言、虚假信息等）
  • 发布侵犯他人著作权、商标权、商业秘密等合法权益的内容
  • 发布虚假医疗、保健品、金融投资等可能误导他人的信息
  • 恶意刷量、伪造点赞、批量注册小号等作弊行为
  • 骚扰、威胁、诽谤、人肉搜索其他用户
  • 未经授权访问本服务系统、绕过安全措施
  • 从事违反《社区规范》的任何行为

5. 内容的处理

我们保留对违反本协议或《社区规范》的内容进行隐藏、删除、限制传播的权利， 并可能对违规账号采取警告、限制功能、封禁等处置措施。 处置前我们会尽合理努力通知你，但紧急情况下可能先行处置再通知。

6. 服务的变更与终止

  • 我们保留随时修改或中止本服务的权利，会通过站内公告或邮件提前通知。
  • 你可随时停止使用本服务，并通过页面反馈按钮申请删除账号（具体流程见《隐私政策》）。
  • 如你严重违反本协议，我们可能立即终止你的账号使用权限。

7. 免责条款

本服务按「现状」提供。我们不对以下情况承担法律责任：

  • 因不可抗力（含自然灾害、网络攻击、政府行为）导致的服务中断
  • 用户发布内容的真实性、准确性、合法性
  • 因第三方链接指向的外部内容导致的纠纷
  • 因你违反本协议而导致的损失

8. 条款变更

我们可能根据业务发展、法律法规变化等原因修订本协议。修订后会在站内公告， 继续使用本服务即视为接受修订。

1. Welcome to LinkTalk

LinkTalk (domain linktalk.net, the “Service”) is a cross-platform community for link sharing and discussion. By registering and using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to all terms of these Terms of Service.

2. Account & Handle

  • You must provide a unique handle as your public identity.
  • Handles are 3–20 characters: letters, digits, and underscores only.
  • You are responsible for safeguarding your password. Losses due to password leaks are your responsibility.
  • Handles cannot be reclaimed once used. Choose carefully.

3. Your Content

Text, images, links, and other materials you post on LinkTalk (“User Content”) remain yours. You grant LinkTalk a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to:

  • Display, store, transcode, and reproduce your content within the Service
  • Generate share cards (OG images) for off-site distribution
  • Perform processing necessary for recommendations, aggregation, and search features

You confirm: your content does not violate applicable laws or infringe third-party rights (including but not limited to copyright, trademark, publicity, or privacy rights).

4. Prohibited Conduct

You must not use the Service to:

  • Post content that violates U.S. federal/state laws or the laws of your jurisdiction (malware, obscenity, graphic violence, disinformation, fraud, etc.)
  • Infringe copyright, trademark, trade secrets, or other third-party rights
  • Post misleading medical, health, financial, or investment information
  • Manipulate votes, fake engagement, mass-register fake accounts, or otherwise cheat the system
  • Harass, threaten, defame, or dox other users
  • Gain unauthorized access to the Service or bypass security measures
  • Violate the Community Guidelines

5. Content Moderation

We reserve the right to hide, delete, or limit the spread of content that violates these Terms or the Community Guidelines, and may take action against offending accounts including warnings, feature restrictions, or bans. We will use reasonable efforts to notify you before action, but in urgent cases we may act first and notify afterward.

6. Service Changes & Termination

  • We may modify or discontinue the Service at any time, with notice via site announcement or email.
  • You may stop using the Service at any time and request account deletion via the in-site feedback button (see the Privacy Policy).
  • If you seriously violate these Terms, we may immediately terminate your access.

7. Disclaimer of Liability

The Service is provided “as is.” We are not liable for:

  • Service interruptions due to force majeure (natural disasters, cyberattacks, government action)
  • The truthfulness, accuracy, or legality of user-posted content
  • Disputes arising from external content linked from third parties
  • Damages resulting from your violation of these Terms

8. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms due to business development, legal changes, or other reasons. Revisions will be announced on-site. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
