1. 我们的目标

LinkTalk 是一个跨平台链接讨论与兴趣社区。我们希望创造一个让任何人都能安心分享、提问和交流的环境。 这份规范适用于所有公开发布的内容（包括链接、问题、回答、原创、评论、投票、私信请求等）以及所有站内行为。

2. 允许发布的内容

• ✅ 原创或转发的优质链接（文章、视频、图片、播客等）
• ✅ 问题、回答、评论、原创帖：与链接相关的讨论、补充、提问
• ✅ 建设性批评：基于事实的反对意见
• ✅ 自我推广（适度）：你的作品、博客、播客——但请以「分享」而非「营销」的形式

3. 禁止发布的内容

以下内容一律禁止，发布即触发审核或封禁：

• ❌ 违法内容：违反美国联邦/州法律或所在国法律的内容
• ❌ 暴力与恐怖：宣扬恐怖主义、煽动暴力、色情或性剥削儿童
• ❌ 仇恨言论：基于种族、性别、宗教、性取向、残疾、国籍的攻击
• ❌ 骚扰与诈骗：针对特定用户的持续骚扰、人肉搜索、冒充他人、钓鱼诈骗
• ❌ 垃圾信息：重复发布、纯广告、机器人行为、SEO 作弊
• ❌ 侵犯隐私：未经同意公开他人个人信息（身份证、电话、住址、私照）
• ❌ 侵犯版权：未授权转载受版权保护的内容（详见 DMCA）
• ❌ 未成年人相关：本平台禁止 18 岁以下用户使用，严禁任何涉及未成年人的内容

4. 私信礼仪

• 💬 互关后才能自由私信（双方互相关注）；陌生用户可发起 1 条请求，对方回复前不能继续
• 💬 不允许的内容与公开内容相同（骚扰、诈骗、广告、人肉等）
• 💬 对方屏蔽你后，立即停止联系
• 💬 可疑私信请举报，审核团队 24 小时内处理

5. 投票与声誉

• 👍 投票须基于内容质量，不允许组织化刷票
• 👎 点反对票请说明理由（评论里）
• ⚠️ 操纵投票会被扣分，新账号与异常账号的投票权重会被自动限制

6. 违规处理

我们采取分级处理原则：

• 🟡 第 1 次轻微违规：警告 + 内容下架
• 🟠 第 2 次或中度违规：功能限制（不能发布 / 私信 / 投票）7 天
• 🔴 严重违规（违法、人肉、未成年人）：永久封禁，不另行通知
• ⚖️ 申诉：被处理后可发邮件到 [email protected]，7 天内回复

7. 举报方式

• 📧 邮件举报：[email protected]
• 🔖 内容举报按钮：每条内容右上角的「⋯」→「举报」
• 👤 用户举报：用户主页右上角「⋯」→「举报此人」
• ⏱️ 紧急举报（如涉及生命安全、人身威胁）：[email protected]，标注「紧急」优先处理

8. DMCA 版权通知

如你认为你的版权作品被未经授权发布，请向 [email protected] 发送通知，包含：

• 你的身份证明（姓名、联系方式）
• 涉嫌侵权内容的 URL
• 版权作品的原始 URL 或描述
• 「本人确信该使用未经授权」的声明
• 电子签名

9. 政策变更

我们会不定期更新这份规范。重大变更会通过站内通知和邮件告知用户。继续使用 LinkTalk 即视为接受最新规范。

1. Our Goal

LinkTalk is a cross-platform community for link sharing, discussion, and interest-based conversation. We strive to create an environment where anyone feels safe to share, ask questions, and engage with others. These guidelines apply to all publicly posted content (links, questions, answers, posts, comments, votes, DM requests) and all on-site behavior.

2. What You May Post

• ✅ Original or curated quality links (articles, videos, images, podcasts, etc.)
• ✅ Questions, answers, comments, posts: discussion, follow-up, and inquiry related to shared links
• ✅ Constructive criticism: fact-based disagreement is welcome
• ✅ Modest self-promotion: your work, blog, or podcast — but in the spirit of “sharing,” not “marketing”

3. What Is Not Allowed

The following content is strictly prohibited and will trigger review or ban:

• ❌ Illegal content: violating U.S. federal/state laws or the laws of your country of residence
• ❌ Violence & terrorism: promotion of terrorism, incitement of violence, pornography, or child sexual exploitation
• ❌ Hate speech: attacks based on race, gender, religion, sexual orientation, disability, or nationality
• ❌ Harassment & scams: persistent harassment, doxxing, impersonation, phishing
• ❌ Spam: duplicate posting, pure advertising, bot activity, SEO manipulation
• ❌ Privacy violations: exposing others' personal information without consent (ID, phone, address, private photos)
• ❌ Copyright infringement: unauthorized reproduction of copyrighted material (see DMCA)
• ❌ Anything involving minors: users under 18 are not permitted on LinkTalk; any content involving minors is strictly prohibited

4. Direct Message Etiquette

• 💬 Mutual follow required for free DMs; strangers may send 1 request message and cannot continue until the recipient replies
• 💬 The same prohibitions apply (harassment, scams, ads, doxxing)
• 💬 Stop all contact immediately if someone blocks you
• 💬 Report suspicious DMs; our moderation team handles them within 24 hours

5. Voting & Reputation

• 👍 Vote based on content quality; coordinated voting manipulation is not allowed
• 👎 Explain downvote reasons (in comments)
• ⚠️ Vote manipulation reduces your score; new and anomalous accounts have weighted-down votes automatically

6. Enforcement

We apply graduated enforcement:

• 🟡 First minor violation: warning + content removal
• 🟠 Second or moderate violation: 7-day feature restriction (cannot post / DM / vote)
• 🔴 Severe violation (illegal activity, doxxing, anything involving minors): permanent ban, without prior notice
• ⚖️ Appeals: email [email protected]; we respond within 7 days

7. How to Report

• 📧 Email: [email protected]
• 🔖 Content report button: top-right “⋯” → “Report” on every post
• 👤 User report: top-right “⋯” → "Report this user" on user profile pages
• ⏱️ Urgent reports (life safety, physical threats): [email protected] — mark "urgent" for priority handling

8. DMCA Copyright Notice

If you believe your copyrighted work has been posted without authorization, please send a notice to [email protected] containing:

• Your identity (name, contact info)
• URL of the allegedly infringing content
• Original URL or description of your copyrighted work
• A statement of "good-faith belief that the use is unauthorized"
• Your electronic signature

9. Policy Changes

We may update these guidelines from time to time. Material changes will be announced via in-site notifications and email. Continued use of LinkTalk constitutes acceptance of the latest guidelines.
